Sapporo has already began to snow

Tea ceremony Ren holds Japanese tea class once a month.

There is a theme for each month, and it was “how to make Hōjicha(Roasted green tea)” in October.

 

Hōjicha is a kind of Japanese green tea which have very little caffein and smells pleasant.

I think Hōjicha is delicious in this season.

 

We observed the difference among different kinds of tea and made it by ourselves.Then we tasted it.

Thanks to it, our tea room was full of Hōjicha’s fragrance.
